TWO LITTLE BOYS!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy Guacamole!!! I have been giggling in disbelief since the ultrasound. Of course I desperately wanted one of each since there will be no more children for us (well, at least not very likely after having been through IVF hell), but I was so stunned initally - then happy!!! We went out and bought the crib bedding x 2 that we have been eyeballing at Pottery Barn and made a visit to Gymboree and then went for a celebratory dinner. Now I am completely amped about...

no more taping of Ultrasounds

I just found out today that my place no longer tapes u/s becuase of legal reasons!! I was suprised....what would someone use it for in a case?? I have them of both my other kids...Poor thing already is getting less than the others!!! LOL

Weight Gain

So does everyone know how much weight they have gained. According to my scale I am up 3 lbs, but I swear it has to be more...I have an OB appt. on Thursday so we'll see what they say from last time I was in.

Has anyone thought of any names yet? I know it's still kind of early, I was just curious. For us, a boy will be names Charles (Charlie) after his daddy and I haven't thought of any girl names yet. The boy name was just a given for us.

I go to my first doctor's appt tomorrow. I've had 2 u/s appts, but not actual appts with my doctor. So, I haven't gotten the list of "safe" medicines. I have a horrible headache tonight. What type of tylenol is safe? TIA!!

I posted belly pics.... I can't believe how big I am already, I looked back at pics with my 2nd and I was this big around 11-12 weeks also. Oh well.. Guess thats why I am in maternity clothes already....OH...sorry about the undies too!

It's 11:45 and I have my 12 week First Trimester Screen U/S at 1:30. Can't wait to see baby.

UPDATE:
We are home. I have to get the pics on the computer still. Baby is measuring 3 days ahead. The fold measured 1.5 So I guess that's a good number. Baby measured 64mm from crown to rump. Didn't really get to see much. Baby had the hiccups. We saw the main parts of baby. I asked about where the placenta...

Belly Rubbing

So has anyone been experiencing people (whom you barely know) rubbing your belly...I have been and I don't have much of a belly...it sticks out a little, but it depends on what I'm wearing - some tops I have you can't even tell I'm pg, but that doesn't stop people from rubbing away. It always catches me by surprise that I don't have time to react and really what do you say when they are congratulating you????

We moved about 2 weeks ago now, but like 4 days after we got here, we went camping for 5 days with my inlaws. The kids first camping experience. It was pretty fun with the expection on Corbans fall out of the tent trailer (he's fine though, I think I was way worse off than him, my poor baby) and the rain. A lot of rain. We had a few hours each day of sunshine though, and the last day was especially nice, of course. And now we're back, but DH started work already, so we're still...

and everything looks great...such a relief. The nuchal fold is 1.4 and Dr. said anything under 2.5 is great and baby has a nasal bone which is another relief. Since my younger brother has Downs Syndrome it's been a bit of concern even though Downs is not typically hereditary. Dr. did not do blood work since the other two sacs are still very prominent. (actually we did b/w to check my thryoid, not sure why though) I go back at 18 weeks for another u/s and b/w and if all is well I won't...

Sleeping Positions

I know at some point during pregnancy you shouldn't sleep on your back or stomach...when is that? I'm typically a side sleeper, but occasionally sleep on my back and wondering when I need to try and not do this.

Just the usual, heard the hb again & all is looking good! I'm up 2 lbs total for this pregnancy, he said that was great. Had blood drawn for cystic fibrosis test & thyroid check again.

I ended up rushing Avery to the hospital After Hours clinic last night because she suddenly started running a high fever of 102.3!!! I was frantic. She kept telling me "I go doe doe mommy" I told her No, she couldn't go to sleep! I was so nervous. They told me to give her tylenol to bring her fever down and they wrote a prescription for a sore throat. She had no symptoms of strep throat but had been exposed to it because her cousin has strep. So I guess to prevent her from...

Anyone else having aches at night. I toss and turn all night long because my hips and back hurt if I lay in one spot for too long. I remember having these exact same feelings for Avery but not until I was about 6 or 7 months preggo!
