Wow I needed sleep couldn't figure out why I had a migraine yesterday.
I was wrong it was lack of sleep. But oh what a dream I had! Before we went to bed dh said 'Sher when we get 'the call' we have to have a plan what will we do w/ the dogs & the guinea pigs?' There aren't too many people I trust with my doggies. & since we have 3 of them it takes some planning I don't know anyone that will take on all of them & I don't think there will be time to get them to cozy inn at the last minute- & besides they would be separated & luke is too much of baby he'd have major separation anxiety. So thats when I started thinking & narrowed it down to sister n law & mom. If they aggree. I went to bed thinking what to do? .................... & I had the most lovely dream! I dreamed we were matched! & dh & I were meeting the bmom having a real candid conversation it seemed so natual, not akward at all, she was relaxed & soo were we. Meeting her finalized in both our minds we were right match for each other............. then after all was done & we had baby home~...I was sitting in baby's soothing blue nursery( the one we painted already) I was sitting in a glider chair dh was standing off to the side of me & WE WERE HOLDING OUR BABY! After so looooong; our 6 year wait was over, I couldn't let HER go- SHE WAS A GIRL. I just wanted to stare at her & never let her go. She's finally ours. We are a family

Anyway, I think what happened to me will happen to you. You'll adopt, and then suddenly get pg and have the best of both experiences!

I voted that you will adopt first. However saying that I think you might get pregnant soon after. I know a number of people this has happened to. About 15
people I know personally after they adopted they got pregnant with their biological child in the first year after adoption. I hope you get BOTH!

I agree with Polly too!! I personally know 2 different people that adopted after years of TTC and then became pregnant. Good luck to you.
