 After I did a Epsom Salt and Olive Oil concoction, I have been GRRRReat!  I did it over a weekend and was confined to the
...ahem....restroom for the entire weekend. I feel good! How about you? Did you have yours out yet?

That is wonderful! Did you have pain, or just
 poops and  when you did the epsom salt w/ oil?
I've been using acupuncture and I chickened out of the surgery. I had some irritation on July 7 which was the day before surgery, but I survived it and then I think on July 8 or 9, my acupuncturist did this great point in my head, which since then, I have also felt great, cured really. I have to be careful not to be too cocky I have been eating real foods I want to eat and also eating healthy stuff. For instance today I ate a pork chop and sweet potato casserole
but had some beets to combat the "bad stuff."
I am so glad we are both doing well.

I had the poopies and lots of pain. The next day after I drank the stuff, was HORRIBLE! I was running to the bathroom (sorry
) and I had pain like H-E-L-L.
I think I actually felt a stone pop out that night and after that...SUnday was smooth sailing.
I chickened out of surgery when my caregiver had hers out and was running to the bathroom everytime she ate something. No matter what she ate. She had a salad for lunch one day and was like "Ummm I GOTTA GO NOW!" I was like yeah...no. I can't do it.

Peaches, that was one reason I did not want to do surgery either. I already have
some urgent bathroom issues  so increasing their intensity or frequency would be suicide! 
Sorry that the cleanse was painful... when you were going thru the pain were you thinking "ugh I am an idiot for doing this!" or "ok, I know I can get thru this" I just keep thinking if I did a cleanse and was dying in pain, I'd have to hear everyone around me give me some crap about it.  So if I did it, I would have to be able to tolerate the pain so I wouldn't whine about it, kwim?

I was thinking "CRAP! This $h!t hurts! What have I done!?"
But when it was over I was thinking that it was so worth the pain and trips to the
poopoo room.  I am glad I did it. I haven't had any pain in 3 weeks, but I have been eating a whole lot better too though,
